No one pays attention when driving

I agree with Reginald C. Rieth about driving habits in Yuma. I see the signal go orange so I let off the accelerator and slow because I know the light is going red. Then some young man or lady whips by and has to slam on the brakes. Several, I have noticed, are texting or on a call. I observed one young mother sitting at a red light texting. Her passenger was texting and her children were in the rear seat with no seat belts on. No wonder the accidents are happening. No one is paying attention to proper driving anymore
