Toliet paper dispensers should be higher

This is a very sensitive subject and most people do not want to mention it. I will be the first to admit that I am a shopaholic and in my primary senior years.

Sometimes I cannot help it but I have to use the public restrooms once in a while. In most department stores and restaurants in the ladies room, the toilet paper dispenser is located down by a person's knees and the paper is extremely hard to retrieve. There is a lot of toilet paper wasted and on the floors. I know I have a very hard time retrieving the paper. I do not understand why these dispensers have to be located so close to the dirty floor. There are a few dispensers in town that are located higher and easier to reach. Thank goodness. Our department stores and restaurants should follow their example. Next time you are in a department store or restaurant, check them out. I think you will see what I mean.
