Others could take APS philosophy

Re: Randy Hoeft’s First Take in a recent Yuma Sun. He suggested that higher gas prices will force him to ride his bike to work. Let me caution all: Reducing the purchase of gasoline may result in a surcharge from the oil companies to cover their "infrastructure or fixed costs" since they will make less money — this per the APS philosophy!
