Talk has accomplished nothing

From the outside, it's not hard to distinguish political incompetence.

The economy has rolled, lurched and staggered along for four years. The result has been just talk that has accomplished nothing ... not a thing.

Come on you guys, across the aisle cooperation has evaporated. You're acting like you've had a stroke, a heart attack and a quadruple bypass at the same time. Hardly a position we need or want while bogged down in a ravaged economy and an ongoing political crisis.
