We got what we voted for
I am tired of hearing on TV demands for the president to address the economic problem of jobs. This expectation is grossly unfair as we got exactly what we voted for. We voted for a promise of change without ascertaining what changes Obama planned to implement.
It is our fault, the voting public, for this mess as his credentials clearly indicated what he wanted to do. How can you expect an individual who never held a job in the private sector with an administration with 8 percent prior private job experience effectively address this problem?
Socialists strongly believe a basic solution to every conceivable problem should be more government bureaucracy. In past administrations, the mean Republican members of Congress were successful in preventing similar socialistic programs by Congress. If you doubt that, then you were not paying attention in 1994 when they tried to push the first universal health program on the taxpaying public.
Give him a break. After all, we have only two more years to endure a group of academia pushing their liberal theory on the country in place of common sense solutions.
