Look elsewhere for recycling ideas

I have lived in various cities and states in this country and for the last 25 years have had curb-side recycling available, albeit at a small cost to me.

Why does the city of Yuma have to reinvent the wheel to come up with a recycling plan?

Surely they could look around the country and find all sorts of ideas. Go as close as the Foothills where we have been recycling for several years now.

So, get on with it!
