Does Mitt Romney truly hold 47 percent of the population in disdain?

Does this include people like two of my sons?

One was paralyzed from his knees down but has been a productive worker since he was 16. He worked as a pastry chef for years in busy restaurant kitchens and for years as a pharmacy technician.

He was on his feet, valiantly and with pride and dignity until his body would no longer (after 40-plus major surgeries) cooperate. After a long wait, he is now receiving disability payments and just received his Medicare card. Is he a lazy moocher?

My oldest son served two combat tours in Iraq and receives veterans benefits, including disability. Is he the one Romney was referring to who will not accept personal responsibility?

Romney’s remarks sicken me to the core. Our words are not separate from who we are. You can spin all you want, Mitt, but we heard you loud and clear the first time.
