Share a trash can, but don't burn trash

I walked outside my home here in the Foothills on a beautiful Friday morning. My eyes started watering and my nose started running.

I had just put my trash can out for pickup. I only have one bag of trash in it so there is plenty of room.

But once again some cheap person is burning their trash early in the morning so they don't have to spend a few bucks a month for trash pickup.

It's bad enough that we have to close up our homes in the evening because of all the campfires, but now we have to put up with this inconsiderate jerk in the clean, clear early morning.

I have plenty of room in my trash can for the person to dispose of their garbage. Share a trash can with your neighbor, but please don't burn your trash in your open pit.
