Emergency backup needed by Far West

First of all, I would like to thank all the people of APS for restoring power to the Foothills area quickly after last week's storm despite the obstacles they faced.

But I have a problem is with Far West Water Co. After the storm, I only had a trickle of water coming out of my faucet and then I found out I was one of the lucky ones. This is a serious issue for a vital utility company.

What would have happened if there was a fire in our area? Would it have been a major disaster like the San Francisco earthquake of 1906?

All vital utilities should have emergency backup systems in place to prevent such disasters from occurring. We were very fortunate that this didn't happen this time, but what about next time?

I think that Far West needs to review their emergency procedures to prevent this from happening again.
