Far West should go into receivership

Far West Water and Sewer has proven itself unable or unwilling to run its water and sewer business to the satisfaction of good business practices or its customers' welfare. I note that the Foothills Fire and Rescue Committee is sponsoring a public forum on Thursday at 4 p.m. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in the Friel Center. The discussions will center on the possibilities of requesting annexation to the City of Yuma, incorporating the Foothills as its own entity, and/or forming districts for utilities and other public services, or finally do nothing at all.

I believe there is another solution: That is to allow Far West to go into receivership, which would allow a complete restructuring of the company under different and better management.
