Supervisor misses Far West issues

Wow, how wonderful for the Foothills District to have Russ Clark represent us.
In the matter of a few hours with the Far West management, he was able to ascertain not only their professionalism, but the lack of odor from their sewerage treatment plants.
Must be that the ACC, ADEQ, and 1,100+ participants at Gila Ridge High School are totally off base.
Perhaps more than Far West stinks.
