Too many unknowns on annexation

Well, let's see. The first thing that will happen is the sales tax will go up.

The next thing that will probably happen is all property will be reaccessed. Oops, didn't see that coming.

Then of course the cost of construction to tie into the city sewer system. Oops. Didn't see that coming. Oh the sewage treatment plant can't handle the load so it will have to be expanded. Didn't see that coming.

I agree with Mike Curran, better get all the facts before you jump off the cliff.

There are no roll backs on these prices.
