F-35 critical to our community and state

After reading James Gilbert's article “Entire F-35 fleet grounded,” I fear that this will give ammunition to the opponents of the F-35. It has been a long road for the F-35, one filled with many bumps and roadblocks, so it was all the more great to finally get to the point of seeing the F-35 take flight above our Yuma skies. We all know how technical this airplane is, and taking extra precaution is the right thing to do. This jet will be around a long time, and it will only benefit the long term success of the program if problems are corrected now. It's critical to our community and our state. I just hope that the opponents remember that.
