Russell-Cheung earns second straight Rotary honor
Cibola's Andrew Russell-Cheung and Gila Ridge's Emily Reh were named the Yuma Sun/Yuma Rotary Club 2010 Swimmers of the Year. Russell-Cheung finished ninth in state in the 100-meter breaststroke and broke the region record in the event while Reh took sixth at state in the 50-meter freestyle.
