Yuma man charged in death of 21-month-old
Victor Noriega stands before Judge Yolanda Torock Tuesday, as multiple felony charges are read in the court, including first-degree murder, in the death of a 21-month-old infant. Noriega is currently being held without bond at the Yuma County Detention Center and is scheduled to be in court again on June 14th.
