Suspect subdued by Yuma K-9 officer charged with four felonies, misdemeanor
Jorge Pena stands before Judge Yolanda Torok in Yuma Justice Court Thursday afternoon. Pena was arraigned on four felony charges and a misdemeanor stemming from his arrest early Monday morning and is currently being held on a bond of $100,000 at the Yuma County Detention Center.
