Water balloon effort in Somerton a bust

Scores of people showed up Wednesday night at Counsel Park in Somerton to celebrate Independence Day with family and friends and attempted to break a world record for the largest water balloon fight. People on one side of the battle field hurl the water filled projectiles across to those on the other side as the water war begins.
