MCAS Yuma to introduce first operational F-35 squadron
The first F-35B fighter jet attached to Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 121 arrived at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma Friday afternoon. MCAS Yuma is the first military base in the country to receive the aircraft and will be home to five squadrons, each with 16 aircraft, and one operational test and evaluation squadron of eight aircraft.
