Yuma BORSTAR agents were in the Imperial Sand Dunes on Tuesday to take part in an emergency response training exercise immediately sprang into action when a sand rail flipped near them, extinguishing the fire, treating the victims, and then transporting them to an ambulance waiting on the highway. One of the passengers, seen here being treated by agents, was a 9-year-old girl.
