Tacna man loses leg in pipe bomb explosion
A Tacna man was seriously injured, including losing his left leg below the knee, in an apparent explosion in a shipping container on this property at 37651 E. County 18th St. Tuesday. Kobey Coulter, 31, of Tacna, was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix via air ambulance with severe wounds after Yuma County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to his residence.
