Man arrested in store disturbance appears in court

According to Yuma Police Department officials, a mentally disturbed individual was inside Sam's Club and was the reason the store needed to be evacuated. Yuma Fire Department medical personnel treated a male in the back of a YPD vehicle at the scene of the crime.
