Yuma County Sheriff Leon Wilmot addresses the large crowd that took part in Friday morning's change of command ceremony at the Yuma County Fairgrounds. Wilmot was officially sworn in as the highest ranking officer in Yuma County, taking over the responsibility of the Sheriff's office from Ralph Ogden who is retiring after a 42 years of service with the Yuma County Sheriff's office.
