Local artist Chris Tortorici adds some shadowing effect to his latest creation, a portrait of the King of Dubai, inside his studio space. Tortorici's work will be on display in the main gallery at the Yuma Art Center where he will present “The Road to Dubai: A Renaissance,” which is the first stop in his tour that will end in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
