Assault suspect charged with four felonies
Gary Smith appears before Judge Gregory Stewart in Yuma Justice Court Thursday afternoon where he was arraigned on four felonies including aggravated assault and kidnapping. Smith continues to be held at the Yuma County Detention Center on a bond of $500,000 which was increased from the original bond amount of $250,000.
