A Foothills woman was sprayed in the face with pepper spray and robbed Wednesday when a man came to her home in response to an advertisement she had placed on Craigslist selling some of her jewelry, according to the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.The suspect, John Spily, 27, of Winterha.
