Rural/Metro Firefighter/EMT Olga Chapman arranges a strand of lights on a Christmas tree delivered to Rosevelt Elementary School Wednesday morning as part of the ageny's new 12 Days of Christmas program. Each day, leading up to the student's Christmas break, a different firefighter will bring a new ornament to the school and hang it on the tree.
