Rib cook-off heats up afternoon (photos)

More than a dozen racks of ribs slowly cook away on large barbeque set up for the 10th annual Rachel Determan Memorial Rib Cook-Off held at Yuma Catholic High School. More than 2,000 racks of ribs will be prepared as more than 20 teams compete for a portion of $2,250 in prize money and bragging rights as the rib cook-off champion.
