A large tree, blown over during Monday's wind storm, lies on top of a chain-link fence, resting against a barricade at the corner of 12th Street and 22nd Avenue Tuesday morning. The tree and chain-link fence created an obstacle for walkers and bike riders who normally pass through the opening between the barricade and fence.
