Workers from the City of Yuma Water Department work at Diamond Brooks Drinking Water, 3025 S. Avenue 4 E, Tuesday morning after federal agents served a search warrant. A search warrant was also served at the home of the businesses owner Philip Clark, 48 years old of Yuma.
