The Yuma Sun is running these recipes from the Taste of Home Cooking School each day this week in the Desert Life section. The Taste of Home Cooking School, an evening of live cooking demonstrations, free cookbooks and gift bags, is coming to Yuma Thursday, Nov. 15 at Gila Ridge Performing Arts Center. This year's presenter will be chef Eric Villegas, who starred in the Emmy-winning TV show 'Fork in the Road with Eric Villegas' on PBS.
