The Yuma Community Foundation presented the 13th Annual Heart of Yuma Ceremony at the Yuma Civic Center Tuesday Night. During the ceremony, the 2012 Philanthropist of the Year award, as well as the Outstanding Volunteer, Leader, Young Leader, Nonprofit, For Profit and Benefactor awards were give out to recipients from around the community of Yuma.
Victor and Karen Smith won the 2012 Philanthropist of the Year award during the 13th Annual Heart of Yuma Ceremony Tuesday night at the Yuma Civic Center.
