It was a "Snow Day" at Ronald Reagan Elementary School during a last-day-of-school celebration before the Christmas break. Students got the chance to ride saucers and sleds down the mound of snow provided by CV Ice out of Indio, Calif. The mound was made up of approximately 20 tons of ice that was turned into snow and piled on top of hay bales to create an impromptu sledding run on the playground.
