With the 2013 Cocopah Speedway Racing Series hours away from opening, workers with Evans Custom Concrete adjust another set of cement forms Wednesady afternoon in preparation for pouring the next section of the new main grandstand Thursday morning. The racing season opens Friday night with another event Saturday night.
