Thor Smith from Phoenix, Ariz., rides a bull past the eight second mark to record the first score during the bulling riding portion the Jaycee's Silver Spur Rodeo at the Fairgrounds, heading into the final day of competition in first with a 78. After the ride, Smith celebrated by tossing his hat in the air and posing for the crowd.
