Chef Eric Villegas showed how to create ten recipes during the live cooking demonstration at the Taste of Home Cooking School at Gila Ridge Performing Arts Center on Thursday. Villegas trained in France, studied at the New England Culinary Institute and starred in the Emmy-winning TV show “Fork in the Road with Eric Villegas” on PBS.
