Nope, it's a kite! With no school on Friday and a nice breeze blowing from the north, Foothills resident Tony Rives thought the conditions were ideal to introduce his children and grandchildren to the art of kite flying. Yuma Sun photographer Randy Hoeft tagged along to watch the fun.
