Trick-or-Treaters in costume filled the prison corridors for the third annual “Scary & Safe Trick or Treat” at the Yuma Territorial Prison. The $1 per person admission fee for trick-or-treaters will be donated to the Arizona Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics and Special Olympics Yuma. Also Wednesday, children from the Dr. Kathryn A. Watson Child Development Learning Laboratory on the Arizona Western College campus dressed up as favorite book characters and bring the book in with them.
