Nine contestants competed in several categories, such as swimsuit, talent, onstage questionnaire and evening gown, during the 2013 Miss Yuma County Scholarship Pageant Program at Kofa High School Saturday night. Ashley Vicks won and was crowned 2013 Miss Yuma County.
Ashley Vicks was crowned Miss Yuma County at the 2013 Miss Yuma County Scholarship Pageant Program at Kofa High School Saturday night. Vicks performed a musical piece for her talent competition presentation.
