The sixth annual Southwest Agriculture Summit kicks off Yuma Lettuce Days Agri-Culinary festival with the Harvest Dinner. “A Tribute to Agriculture” was the theme and guests were greeted with prickly pear margaritas in Mason jars, an “ag stroll” display highlighting Yuma agriculture past, present and future, and a homegrown menu created by celebrity chefs: Jose Candelario from the Radisson Hotel Yuma, Brian Tolbert from the Hilton Garden Inn and Alex Trujillo from the Quechan Casino Resort.
