Cibola's boys cruised past host Yuma Catholic in cross country Wednesday afternoon, but the girls' race went down to the wire.
The Raiders girls edged the Shamrocks 27-29, while the Raiders boys won 16-47.
YC's Rachel Harmon finished first in a time of 22 minutes, 2 seconds, followed by Cibola's Lety Gonzalez (22:32) and Michelle Soto (22:50).
YC's Devon Graham (22:52) and Cibola's Azucena Gonzalez (22:54) rounded out the top five.
The Shamrocks' Samantha Barczynski (23:40) and Jackie Hill (23:52) took the next two spots and teammate Sarah Wentling (24:41) finished just outside the top 10.
Cibola's Chelsea Madsen (24:00), Cejae Palmer (24:28) and Nicollette Monroe (24:37) occupied spots eight through 10.
In the boys race, Cibola took the first four spots - Jose Ramirez (17:48), Ryan Norton (17:49), Marco Orduno (18:12) and Alan Fernandez (18:41).
Alyosha Sandigo (19:01) was the lone Shamrocks to crack the top five.
