Some things in life just aren't fair.

You don't always get the perfect parking spot or find a good deal at the grocery store.

You don't always wake up in a good mood, ready to seize the day, and your days don't always go exactly as planned.

And your favorite team doesn't always beat the teams they're supposed to, especially in the National Football League.

But it's something we deal with. When you're stuck in the middle of nowhere and the one gas station is charging $4.25 a gallon, you don't give up. You bite the bullet and continue on.

Just when you've laid out exactly how your team is going to make the playoffs, everything goes wrong, but that doesn't mean your postseason dreams are over.

You might sometimes slip up to inferior teams, but remember, any given Sunday the same thing can happen to your opponent. And when that happens, your bad weekend might turn out just fine.
