Matador baseball win two

The Arizona Western baseball team finished the Caballero Classic 4-0, sweeping Southern Utah-Eastern 13-0 and 6-1 Friday at Desert Sun Stadium.
Dallas Hessler had three hits and five RBIs in the Game 1 win, giving winning pitcher Travis Garcia-Perreira (2-0) more than enough support in the shutout. He struck out eight in the seven-inning game.
In Game 2, Jeremy Alderman (1-1) got the win, scattering eight hits in five innings. Mike Rosenkrantz and Jose Rosales-Rodarte combined on four innings of one-hit relief. Seth Anderson had three hits.
