On Deck: Cardinals prove they can win tough ones; but how about easy ones?
If there was any doubt that the Cardinals up their game in situations where they're expected to lose, Sunday eliminated them.
Arizona marched into Chicago, home of the cold, home of raucous fans, and home of a fierce 'D' - or at least, a once-fierce 'D' that isn't what it was and people are only just now starting to realize its not the same without Brian Reacher. They marched in and won by 20 in a game that wasn't that close.
Now comes a home game next week against Seattle, fresh off a 12-point win at home against the Lions, who were fresh off a loss to the Rams, who were fresh off a loss to Ball State.
A game against any team from the NFC West - the Mid-America Conference of the NFL - should be an easy win. Especially at home. But the Cards have lost three of their four home games against teams they really should have beaten.
If it makes them feel better, I'm not fully sure I believe in them yet.
