Orme (2-3) benefited from a couple of key turnovers by Harvest Prep (4-2) in its victory.
The Warriors led 24-16 and had the ball but the Eagles forced a fumble, taking possession. But they gave it back right after on a fumble of their own, and Orme capitalized with a touchdown early in the fourth quarter.
M.J. Ibarra and Anthony Messer had scoring runs for the Eagles.
“I think we can bounce back,” HPA coach Nathen Baker said. “It all depends on how we handle it next week. This can be a learning experience.”
