Hawks storm back against Criminals

The Gila Ridge boys soccer team overcame a 1-0 deficit at halftime to beat Yuma 2-1 on Tuesday.
Albert Saavedra scored the game-winning goal at the 61rst minute of the game on an assist from older brother Pedro Saavedra. Noel Galindo scored the Hawks first goal on an assist from Ray Rodriguez early in the second half.
Gila Ridge (5-6 overall, 3-5 GVR) travels to Cibola on Thursday.
