Scorpions set for exhibition game

The Yuma Scorpions will be closing out their season against an unfamiliar opponent.
Jose Canseco and the Scorpions will face off against the San Diego Surf Dawgs in the Fan Appreciation Exhibition Game.
The Surf Dawgs are managed by former Major League pitcher Rudy Seanez, and are the current champions of the Arizona Summer League.
The two teams will meet on Aug. 31 at Desert Sun Stadium at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $5, or free for season ticket holders, and seating is general admission. All concession items will be $2.
