Yuma's Rodriguez named top rookie in GBL

Yuma Scorpions first baseman Reynaldo Rodriguez was named the Golden Baseball League's Rookie of the Year on Friday.
The 22-year-old native of Cartagena, Colombia hit .335 with six home runs and 48 RBI. He also blasted six triples and stole 18 bases.
