Jonathon Emanuel Pereda, was charged with eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor for having fully nude images of a 15-year-old girl on his cell phone. He was charged with multiple felony charges related to drugs and weapons earlier this week.

Yuma police, with the assistance of several other area law enforcement agencies, are currently in the area of County 9th Street and Levy Road looking for a prisoner who escaped from custody Tuesday afternoon while at the Yuma Municipal Court.
