OUT IN THE SILENCE is an Emmy Award winning documentary about a small town struggling with its own homophobia. It will screen at the Yuma County Main Library on February 24 at 5:30 PM, followed by a Q&A with the director.
Come Out and Play Day was hosted Saturday (9-18-10) by the city of Yuma Parks and Recreation Department and the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club. Nearly 2,000 people had fun at the Valley Aquatic Center and the Sunrise Optimist Park.
