Man charged with kidnapping, sexual assault

Ricardo “Ricky” Ayala was charged with kidnapping for allegedly abducting his ex-girlfriend & holding her captive for 10 hours while sexually assaulting her. He was also charged with 3 counts sexual abuse, 1 count of burglary and 1 count assault.

Laron Hinton, 41, was charged with three felonies for his alleged involvement in the abuse of a minor child. Attorney Michael Donovan contended that the actions the parents took were done in a disciplinary manner, not as abuse.
